For connection problems, check server status and the latest Discord announcements. For a security warning, read our antivirus guide and keep the detection details.

What to include#

• The Aurora title and launcher version you are using.
• Your Windows version and the exact error message.
• What you were trying to do, what happened and whether it happens every time.
• A screenshot and the steps needed to reproduce the issue.
• For antivirus issues: the antivirus product, detection name and affected filename.
